Information collected on this website

Contact form: your name, email, phone (optional) and message, with your express consent. Do not include any health information: it will be discussed during your session, confidentially.

Audience measurement: a page view counter with no cookie, no IP address and no profile. No data can identify you.

Online booking takes place on the clinic's booking tool, which has its own privacy policy.

Use and retention

Your message is used only to reply to you. It is emailed to the clinic, which keeps it for at most 12 months and then destroys it. OsteoLocal, which hosts this website, does not keep the content of messages: only the date it was sent is logged.

Your information is never sold or used for advertising.

Cookies

This website uses no advertising or measurement cookies. No font or script is loaded from a third-party service.

Hosting

The website is hosted by OsteoLocal, a service of SEKOIA Services Gérés Inc. (Montréal), on Vercel's infrastructure. Some servers may be located outside Quebec.

Your rights

You can request access to your information, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent, by writing to fabien@sekoia.ca. We reply within 30 days.

You can also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
